April 5, 2021: Day 112
1 week ago, I received Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination #2. The day after, my should was extremely sore, as expected. I was hoping for a rapid resolution of the remaining symptoms of extreme fatigue and loss of taste & smell. That hasn’t occurred, but what did happen came as a complete surprise
Beginning on the 3rd day after vaccination #2, COVID-19 like symptoms presented and I am still suffering from them:
- strong, stabbing headaches
- dizziness
- joint pain
- electric spark effects shooting throughout my body
- even-stronger fatigue (as if I thought that were possible)
- general unwell feeling like having a bad cold or flu
If I didn’t know better, I would think that I have a mild case of COVID-19. After researching this, I found interesting, but not exactly refreshing, information.
Some 23% of Long COVID patients (fka COVID long haulers) have partial or full resolution of symptoms following vaccination.
