SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus

Jan 13, 2021: Day 30

It’s been 1 month since the COVID-19 active infection began. Over the past several weeks there has been little, if any change in symptoms, with the exception that I am now constantly experiencing debilitating headaches.

  • Elevated temperature
  • Chest congestion
  • 24/7 severe headache with stabbing pain
  • Moderate appetite
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Loss of taste and smell

It was depressing to transition so quickly from an active and healthy lifestyle to being bedridden and ill. I have become accustomed to food & drink having no taste or smell and unlike others I read about, that has not diminished by appetite. The worst symptoms are the extreme fatigue and headaches.

Quercetin was added to my daily OTC med regimen.
